Most common queries about Ozyforms

  1. 1. Go to Google Forms and add OzyForms Add-on
  2. 2. Open any form you would like to use with OzyForms
  3. 3. Click the puzzle icon then click "Configure". Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the setup.
When you create an account or a new organization, the system will automatically give an allowance of 50 responses to be collected after which all response submissions will be blocked. All features of OzyForms are enebled during the trial period.
Projects in OzyForms are data collection sessions that allows you to set various configurations relating to session behaviour. Projects allow for re-use of a single connected form.
The system will prevent further data collection until a subscription plan is activated.
This is a unique session ID that is used to monitor and save responses. It should never be edited
All responses are stored to the respective Google Form responses section. We however query this information to help generate detailed report on project reporting section
